1. How many points will I receive for my room bookings?
Member will earn one (1) point for every 100 Singapore dollars spent on qualifying guest room bookings at any participating hotels and serviced suites, subject to terms and conditions. All local currency will be converted to SGD for point’s conversion.
2. Can I earn points for meetings and events bookings too?
Yes, members can earn points for meetings and events bookings at any participating hotels. Members will earn one (1) point for every 200 Singapore dollars spent on meetings and events bookings (includes catering, food and beverages), subject to terms and conditions.
3. Can I earn points for bookings that I have made prior to joining?
No, points can only be credited for bookings made after the date of joining the Pan Pacific Connections
4. How long can I keep my Pan Pacific Connections points before they expire?
Points earned are valid for redemption one year from date joined, points will not be reinstated once they expire. You will be notified to redeem your rewards one month before your points expire.
5. Are my Pan Pacific Connections points transferable?
Points earned are not transferable to another member nor exchangeable for cash.
6. Where can I find the list of Participating Hotels?
List of Participating Hotels can be found on This list will be updated from time to time at Pan Pacific Hotels Group discretion without prior notice.
7. If I resign from the Company, can I transfer my points to my colleague who is also a member?
Points are not transferable, you will need to redeem all your points and closed the account once you resigned from your company. If your membership is under your company account, points earn will automatically be grouped under your company.
8. Can I combine my points with my colleague who is also a member for redemption?
Points earned cannot be combined with another member for redemption. However, for a company account, points earned from all members of the company will be combined for reward redemption for the company. Redemption can only be made by the company and not by individual members of the company


1. Where can I make my reservations as a member of Pan Pacific Connections?
You can make reservations online via You will need to login to your account and you can book your contracted rate and/or member’s special rates. Remember to insert your membership number into the comment field under the “Personalise My Stay” section on the online booking form, so that reservation can be credited into your account. You may also contact our call centres or property directly for reservations but do remember to quote your membership ID during reservation.
2. What happens if I forgot to quote my membership ID and my colleague have already checked-out?
You can submit a missing points claim online via within 3 months after check-out date. We will process your claim and if valid, points it will then be credited into your account directly.


1. How do I redeem my rewards?
You have to log in to your account on the Pan Pacific Connections website and select the reward item that you are entitled to with your points accumulated. Please ensure that your mailing address is updated in your profile before you proceed to check out your online cart.
2. How long does it take to receive a redemption reward?
Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for processing of redemptions to reach you. If you did not receive your items after 6 weeks from the date of your redemption, please contact your sales contact or registered hotel.
3. Can I cancel my redemption?
You can’t cancel your redemption once you have confirmed and check-out your redemption cart.

There is no fee to join, membership is by invitation only.
2. What are the requirements to become a member of Pan Pacific Connections?
To qualify, your company needs to have a corporate contract with either Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts and/or PARKROYAL Hotels & Resorts in order to qualify. Please contact our sales team for enquires on corporate rates for your company.
3. My company has a corporate contract with Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, how do I sign-up for Pan Pacific Connections membership?
You can sign-up online at and our sales managers will follow-up with you. Alternatively, you can also check with your sales contact on the membership application.
4. Does the membership have an expiry date?
Membership has no expiry date but the account will become dormant after 6 months of no bookings and it will be review annually.
5. Is membership transferable?
No, memberships are not transferable.
6. If I joined a new company, can I still keep my membership to enjoy the benefits of Pan Pacific Connections?
No, you will have to inform our sales manager or your registered hotel when you resigned from your company. You will have to close your account and apply for a new membership account with your new company. If your new company does not have a corporate contract with any of our participating hotels, resorts or serviced suites, please contact our sales manager for a contracted rate for your new company.
